The Clock Is Ticking....

ULES DIGEST — ISSUE 5
We are already three weeks into the 2025/26 academic session. It has been quiet, almost like we never resumed, but the truth is simple: we have resumed. The clock is ticking.
Meanwhile, the Council of Faculty Presidents released a memo indicating the reduction of faculty and departmental dues, and also mentioned that the hostel balloting process will commence soon. Is this a glimmer of hope? We will find out in the coming days.
INFO DESK
In the last issue, I told you about the toilet construction going on — well, it's almost done and ready for use. We just need to change the toilet seats and connect water to it as well. On the other hand, we are making plans and can't wait to have you back on campus (even if the school is still keeping you outside with the locked hostels). Quick note: some chairs in some classes were repaired over the holiday, so if you get to your class and meet new seats, you're welcome!

FROM THE AGS' DESK
It's the weekend guys, hope we are unwinding after a long week of working, studying, creating and… wait, wait. Have we been studying?! Study now o, to avoid stories that touch when results come out next year. Stay blessed!
— Olamide Lawal, Assistant General Secretary, 25/26 Academic Session
